These terms govern use of MoMo, operated by Fify Now LLC. By using MoMo, you agree to these terms and to the terms of providers you choose to connect.

Authorized use

You must provide accurate information, protect your account, and connect only accounts and business assets you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for workspace members you invite and for reviewing content and actions before approval.

Approvals and external actions

MoMo may prepare drafts, recommendations, analyses, and proposed actions. Publishing, sending messages, spending money, or making other consequential external changes requires the applicable authorization and approval. You remain responsible for final decisions, claims, compliance, and provider policies.

Prohibited conduct

Do not use MoMo for unlawful activity, deception, spam, harassment, unauthorized surveillance, infringement, credential theft, security abuse, or attempts to cross workspace or account boundaries.

Availability and changes

Features may depend on third-party providers and may change or become unavailable. We may update the service or these terms and will post the current version here.

Disclaimers and liability

MoMo is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Fify Now LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination

You may stop using MoMo and disconnect providers at any time. We may restrict access for security, abuse, nonpayment, legal requirements, or material violations of these terms.
